Police Reports 12-10-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Patrick McEniry, 45, of 148 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 10:20 a.m. on a charge of simple battery of the infirm after allegedly pushing a 70-year-old man to the floor causing the need for medical treatment. No bond was set.
Kegan P. Clements, 24, of 311 Grey Eagle Road No. 1, Charenton, was arrested Monday at 11:12 a.m. on a warrant charging him with molestation of a juvenile allegedly involving a 5-year-old female. He was released on $50,000 bond.
A juvenile male, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:18 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Fernando Soto, 49, of 1111 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 2:26 a.m. on warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks and a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.
Jody Cubbedge, 37, of 124 Uranus St., Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 4:03 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with probation terms. Bond was set at $10,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jaquarius Stansbury, 17, of Anderson Street, Franklin, Friday at 12:47 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.
Dintrivia Alexis, 20, of Robertson Street, New Iberia, was charged on a Chitimacha Police warrant with felony theft and held with no bond set.
