Police Reports 12-14-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Charles Beverly, 23, of 103 Second St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:47 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and introduction of contraband into a penal institution. No bail was set.
Amber L. Metrejean, 26, of 202 California St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 2:33 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Metrejean was released after paying a $971.43 fine.
Christine A. Hughes, 32, of 264 Vivian St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 7:51 p.m. and charged on four warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail is set at $400,000.
David Miller, 34, of 223 Jones St., Apt. 4, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 10:40 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. He was released after posting $2,500 bail.
Jeffery P. Disatell, 26, of Youngsville, was arrested Friday at 9:49 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Disatell was released on a summons to appear in court.
Debra Jones, 56, of 121 Bayouview Dr., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:08 p.m. and charged with violation of the maximum speed limit law. Jones was released on a summons to appear in court.
Christopher J. Grogan, 31, of Youngsville, was arrested Saturday at 8:03 p.m. and charged with no driver’s license and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. No bail was set.
Tyrique T.L. Jones, 18, of 1512 Plum St., No. 2, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 1:00 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of illegal carrying of weapons, illegal possession of stolen things, and discharge of a firearm from a public road. Bail was set at $30,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kenneth Clark, 60, of Robert Stret, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4:29 p.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of stop sign violation, driving under suspension and no child restraint. Clark was processed and held on a $485 cash bond.
Courtney Richardson, 28, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:11 p.m. on a warrant from 16th Judicial District Court on failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Richardson was processed and released on a $5,000 bond.
Edward Delone Jr., 41, of Carl C. Foulcard Dr., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:06 p.m. and charged with theft of goods under $300. Delone was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Delone was processed and held with no bond set.
Nyah Boudreaux, 34, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:10 p.m. on a warrant for Morgan City City Court charging him with probation violation. Boudreaux was processed and transported to Morgan City Police Department with a $5,000 bond.
Trustin Andrus, 21, of Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 3:08 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Andrus was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Devontre Jones, 21, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:10 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Jones was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Brianna Lee, 18, of Cypress, Texas, was arrested Sunday at 5:03 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting, possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and introduction of contraband into a penal institution. Lee was processed and held with no bond set.
Ariel Mitchell, 19, of Plantation Dr., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:03 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Mitchell was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Kevin Lucas, 27, of Youngsville, was arrested Monday at 12:53 a.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Lucas was processed and held with no bond set.
