Police Reports 2-24-16

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
David R Frederick of Emma Street, New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday and charged on an Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for violation of a protective order. He was released to an Iberia Parish deputy.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bobby R. Mouton, of 806 Tall Timbers Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 8:59 a.m. and charged on warrants for failure to provide notification as a sex offender of child predator, failure to maintain special identification card as a sex offender and failure to pay annual registration fee. No bail was set.
Hank Landry, 39, of 4055 Francis St., Apt. C, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 10:11 a.m. and charged on warrants for failure to change his address on the sex offender identification card and failure to pay annual registration fee. No bail was set.
Carmel J. Triggs Jr., 34, of 806 Tall Timbers Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:51 a.m. and charged on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to pay annual registration fee. No bail was set.
Tiffany L. Romero, 36, of 105 Nichole Lane, Berwick, was additionally charged on Tuesday at 1:41 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of issuing worthless checks. Romero is being housed at the Morgan City Police Department jail.
Dustin Pike, 19, of 340 Ratcliff Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:23 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids), second offense and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone). No bail was set.
Troy Rhodes Jr., 36, of Houma, was arrested Wednesday at 1:14 a.m. and charged with the following violations: tail lights required, reckless operation of a vehicle, switched license plate, possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine), no motor vehicle insurance, license plate light required and expired inspection sticker. No bail was set.
