The Berwick Panthers are working this offseason in preparation for the 2016 football season. The team will be looking to improve upon a 3-7 mark in 2015 in which the squad narrowly missed the playoffs. Berwick has not advanced to the postseason in football since 1996. The Panthers will scrimmage West St. Mary this preseason and will participate in a round-robin jamboree format at Morgan City's Tiger Stadium against Morgan City and Patterson. The Panthers will open the 2016 season Sept. 2 at home against Morgan City. Above is action from Tuesday's practice. (The Daily Review/Geoff Stoute)
