Galatea court celebrates 30th year

A 30th anniversary luncheon of “The Follies” court of the Krewe of Galatea was celebrated at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City on Feb. 10. The centerpiece for the table was a head piece accompanied by various costume decorations from “The Follies,” doubloons and beads. In attendance were, front row from left, Brenda Alfred, maid; Kim Aucoin, maid; Billie McHugh, wife of King Galatea XVI Bob McHugh; Gail Davis, Queen Galatea XVI; and Myrna Gurley, Davis’ sister.
