Visiting councilman

Morgan City Councilman Louis Tamporello Jr. was invited to speak to second-graders at Bayou Vista Elementary about his responsibilities as a city council member. Students were learning about local government and were given the opportunity to ask Tamporello questions about his role as a city councilman. Also pictured with Tamporello are BVES second-graders and teachers Shelley Suire, Jenny Williams and Teia Dolci.
