CLAUDE LODRIGUE SR.

Claude Lodrigue Sr., 70, a native of Berwick and a resident of Bayou L’Ourse, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, surrounded by his family.
Claude loved and adored his family and his work ethic proved it, working until he no longer was able. He worked for Laborde Marine and looked at them as being part of his family. He loved and cherished his grandchildren. Claude loved to hunt and fish, doing so until he could not anymore.
Claude is survived by his wife of 49½ years, Patricia Fryou Lodrigue; sons, Claude Lodrigue Jr. and Jeremy Lodrigue; grandchildren, Natasha, Jace and Dustin Lodrigue and Eric Songe; great-grandson, Kane Anthony Sons; and sisters, Molly Rink, Tiny Teachman, Diane Sanders and Betty Lou Leger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emile Lodrigue Sr. and Lorenza Rebardi Lodrigue; brothers, Emile Lodrigue Jr., Ernest Lodrigue, Billy Lodrigue and Phil Lodrigue; and sisters, Lorena Lombas, Irene Sons, Adeline Dontay and Delida Sons.
Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at Hargrave Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Graveside services will be in Berwick Cemetery.
