Leona Mae Simien Williams

Leona Mae Simien Williams, 78, a native of Church Point and resident of Patterson, died Monday, June 2, 2014, at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
Visitation will be from Saturday at Bayou Vista Community Family Fellowship Church from 9 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Williams Sr. of Patterson; six sons, Belva Webb, Tony Webb, Charles Webb Jr., Christopher Webb and Kurwin Webb, all of Patterson and Willie Webb of Lafayette; five daughters, Spornia Span and Meary Simien, both of Patterson, Lenora Webb of Morgan City, Joycelyn Webb of Berwick and Rochella Williams of Alexandria; one sister, Joyce Mae Jennings of Baton Rouge; and a host of grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and three daughters.
