Lynn Harrell Bourdier

Lynn Harrell Bourdier, 78, passed away Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014, in a local hospital.
He loved animals, camping, traveling, woodworking, feeding the owl and attending the annual Cutright family reunion. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Cutright Bourdier, of Lake Charles; sons, Bill Jones and wife, Evelyn, of Gorham, New Hampshire, and Bob Jones and wife, Gwen, of Westlake; daughter, Sharon Jones of Concord, Massachusetts; brothers, A.C. Bourdier and David Bourdier and wife, Janet; sisters, Bernadine Zibilich and Rose Marie Petitjean; and nine grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Beulah Boudreaux Bourdier; brother, Milton; and sister, Vyvyan.
His service will be held at 11 a.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the 1st United Methodist Church. The Rev. Craig Davis will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation was held Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Memorial donations may be made to Methodist J.C.
