BATON ROUGE — “How’s your house?” That’s the new greeting for many across south Louisiana as a 20-parish area digs out of catastrophic flooding and its aftermath.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development reports the following road closures and high water notifications as of 8:30 a.m. Monday:
