Central Catholic High School defeated Ascension Episcopal 28-21 in District 7-1A action. The Eagles utilized both Stefano Guarisco and Tyler O’con in place of injured quarterback Blake Byrne. The Berwick Lady Panthers knocked off the Morgan City Lady Tigers 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-17) in District 6-III action Tuesday.
Berwick had four blocks and 53 digs in the victory.
