Police Reports 11-20-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A 16-year-old male from Four Corners was arrested Tuesday at 9:55 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and simple assault.
In the same incident at West St. Mary High School, Dontrell Colbert, 17, of 201 Martin Luther King Road, Baldwin, was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.
The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings and Colbert was released on a $500 bond.
Kevin B. Lynch, Sr., 42, of 7408 La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 2:33 p.m. on a warrant from the U.S. Marshal’s Office for parole violation. No bond was set.
A 15-year-old male from Franklin was arrested Tuesday at 6:20 p.m. on a charge of simple battery after allegedly slapping a younger child. The 15-year-old was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Sheriff’s Narcotics Division agents arrested Rickey J. Lightsey, 38, of 2657 Sixth St. Berwick, Tuesday at 4:29 p.m. on charges of drugs, violation of a drug free zone, obstruction of justice and two counts of resisting an officer. No bond is set.
Franklin Police Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Henry Bias III, 24, of James Street, Franklin Tuesday at 12:03 p.m. on a warrant issued by Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting, and by Terrebonne Parish for failure to appear on charges of speeding and operating a vehicle with an expired license plate.
Bias was processed and held on a $337.50 cash bond for Third Ward City Court and a $300 cash bond for Terrebonne Parish.
