Johnson promoting the Shrimp and Petroleum Festival

Paige Johnson, 78th Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival queen, has been busy traveling the state to promote the local festival. On Dec. 7, she attended the Plaquemine Parish Orange Festival in Fort Jackson where she congratulated Orange Festival Queen Jade Duplessis, right in top photo. Johnson picked citrus fruit, participated in an orange peeling contest, citrus eating contest and kumquat stuffing contest. On Dec. 14, Johnson attended the Festival of the Bonfires in Lutcher.
