RENEY SIMON

Reney Simon, 57, a resident Ponca City, OK and native of Franklin, passed away on Friday September 2, 2016 at 8:36 p.m., at the Alliance Health Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, September 10, from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m., at the St. John Baptist Church in Four Corners. The Rev. Eric Fondel will officiate. Burial will follow funeral services in the St. John Church Cemetery in Four Corners.
Memories of Reney or “Simon,” as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his loving wife, Renee Simon of Ponca City, OK; four sons, Reney “Ney” Simon of Jacksonville, NC; Chester James “C.J.” Elliot Simon of Corpus Christi, TX; Richard Joshua “Ricky” Simon of Fort Worth, TX; and JayIon Elijah Simon of Ponca City, OK; three brothers, Andre Simon of Atlanta, GA; Enrique Jose Simon of Chicago, IL; and Mark Anthony of Texas City, TX: one sister, Patricia Simon of Boston, MA; four grandchildren; three nephews he helped to raise; and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Reney was preceded in death by his parents, his maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.
