Three Morgan City 7-and 8-year-old All-Stars participated in the Hot Shot Challenge, Free Throw Contest and Around the World Competition. Gregory Hamer finished seventh in the Hot Shot Challenge. Grant White won the Free Throw Contest as he hit 46 of 60 free throws to win by two shots. Anthony Bourgeois III placed eighth in the Around the World Competition. The Morgan City 7-and 8-year-old Biddy Basketball All-Stars competed in the
Biddy Basketball World Tournament. The squad finished 0-4, falling to the
New Orleans Dribblers, Donaldsonville, Thibodaux and Slidell. However, head coach Chase Pickens said the team had a good time and enjoyed the activities
