Teche Regional Medical Center is holding a free health fair and screening event titled “Working toward Wellness” co-sponsored with Oncologics from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the hospital.

Born to Earliyah Asion Edwards of Patterson, a boy, Ta’Rhaj Ja’Von Edwards, on Aug. 31 at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.
