The 2013 Louisiana Bankers Association Leadership School concluded with the final session and graduation on Nov. 13 at the association office in Baton Rouge. The program graduated 33 bankers from across the state. Leadership students met every other month throughout the year and completed the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series assessments, which formed the basis of their discussion in the instructor-led sessions.
