After an uneven offensive performance in Friday’s 29-22 loss to No. 6-ranked Vermilion Catholic, Central Catholic hit the ground running Thursday against Hanson Memorial.

According to the Louisiana High School Athletic Association’s latest, unofficial power rankings, Central Catholic is ranked No. 1 in Division IV (Class 1A select), while Vermilion Catholic is ranked third.
