Arrest reports

Morgan City Police Chief Michael Banks reported the following arrests:
—Ricky Cheramie, 37, of Golden Meadow, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. Thursday for possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine).
—Lacie Cheramie, 31, of Golden Meadow, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. Friday for possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (Vicodin).
Officers were dispatched to the area of La. 182 and Halsey Street in regard to a person attempting to locate his wife who was on foot in the area, Banks said. Officers came into contact with Cheramie who appeared in an impaired condition. Cheramie advised officers that he could not locate his wife and sought assistance. Officers were able to locate the female, Lacie Cheramie, who was found in an impaired and incoherent state, Banks said.
Lacie Cheramie was transported to Teche Regional Medical Center for treatment. Upon speaking to Ricky Cheramie, officers located a substance believed to be methamphetamine. He was jailed. Officers were later dispatched to Teche Regional Medical Center regarding Lacy Cheramie who had several Vicodin pills hidden in her undergarments, Banks said. She was jailed.
—Scott J. Moffatt, 25, of Leona Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 10:04 a.m. Sunday for appearing in an intoxicated condition and resisting an officer.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Freret and First streets in regard to an intoxicated person. Officers located Moffatt lying outside a vehicle. Moffatt appeared highly intoxicated, Banks said. Moffatt was jailed.
—Erick Deleon, 20, of First Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. Sunday for urinating in public.
Officers were dispatched to a First Street residence regarding a subject urinating in public. Officers arrived and were directed to an intoxicated person, identified as Deleon. Deleon was jailed.
—Cody M. Lirette, 25, of Houma, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer.
—Kayla M. Lirette, 24, of Houma, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace and resisting an officer.
Officers were dispatched to a La. 182 lounge in regards to a disturbance and were advised by staff and witnesses that Cody Lirette and Kayla Lirette caused a disturbance inside the lounge before moving to the parking lot, Banks said. Cody Lirette and Kayla Lirette refused to cooperate with officers, Banks said. Both were jailed.
—Christopher Pollard, 28, of Morgan City, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. Thursday for operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and improper display of a license plate.
An officer patrolling the area of Sixth Street and Brashear Avenue stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and discovered that the driver, Pollard, was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Pollard was jailed.
—Glynn A. Guidry, 34, of Berwick, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for theft more than $500.
Guidry was located at the Berwick Police Department and transported to the Morgan City Police Department.
—Brian Henderson, 30, of Utah Street in Berwick, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Henderson was located on Sacred Heart Drive and arrested on a warrant dating back to 2003. Henderson was jailed.
—Alyssa L. Ashmore, 24, of Chester Bowles Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. Thursday on warrants for failure to pay a fine for careless operation, contempt of court and driving under suspension. Ashmore was jailed.
—Michael McDonald, 63, of Walnut Drive in Morgan City, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and hit and run driving.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Walnut Drive in regard to a vehicle being driven with a flat tire. Officers were advised by a witness that the witness had observed a vehicle being driven with a flat tire which had struck a parked vehicle on Walnut Drive.
Officers were led to a Walnut Street residence where they spoke to the driver, McDonald, who appeared impaired, Hebert said. Cheramie submitted to a field sobriety test in which he did poorly on, Banks said. He was jailed and refused to provide an adequate sample for the Intoxilyzer 5000 test, Banks said.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle reported the following arrests:
—Ernest Monteilh, 77, of the 200 block of Jeffrey Drive in Lafayette, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. for disturbing the peace intoxicated. Monteilh was released on a $400 fine.
—India Labry, 17, of the 400 block of Tiffany Street in Patterson, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. for disturbing the peace-language. Labry was released on a $314 fine.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported the following arrest:
—Ethan Leblanc, 22, of Tournament Boulevard in Berwick, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. Saturday for DWI and hit and run. Leblanc was released on $3,000 bail.
