Arrests reports

Two Berwick residents were arrested Tuesday on drug charges after a search warrant at a Russo Street home.
Michael Stiles, 35, of the 500 block of Russo Street in Berwick, was charged at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of a legend drug (Amoxil) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrested with him was Polly Cedatol, 46, of the 3500 block of Second Street in Berwick, at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office narcotics detectives, along with Berwick Police Department, conducted the search warrant at the Russo Street site where they located methamphetamine, synthetic cannabinoids, Amoxil pills and items of drug paraphernalia. Cedatol and Stiles were jailed with no bail set.
Additionally, Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
—Wayne P. Duncan, 50, of the 1200 block of St. Charles Street, Thibodaux, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft by blank prescription forms and criminal conspiracy. Duncan was being booked into the parish jail when the booking deputy discovered the active warrant. No bail is set.
—Dillian Billiot, 21, of the 1500 block of Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 10:42 a.m. at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin for unauthorized use of an access card. A detective investigating a complaint of a stolen credit card learned that Billiot used the card to purchase over $700 in goods at local businesses, Hebert said. He remains jailed with no bail set.
—Timothy Smith, 51, of the 600 block of Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Tuesday on a justice of the peace warrant for criminal trespass. A deputy located Smith at his residence. He was released on $1,000 bail.
—Leah Owens, 36, of the 400 block of Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to use a seatbelt, failure to honor written promise to appear and direct contempt of court. Owens was being booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center when the booking deputy learned of the active warrant. No bail is set.
—Cynthia Smith, 44, of the 600 block of Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday on a justice of the peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville after learning of the active warrant for her arrest. She was released on $1,000 bail.
—Kyle Smith, 50, of the 600 block of Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, was arrested at 3 p.m. Tuesday on a justice of the peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned himself in at St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center after learning of the active warrant for his arrest. He was released on $1,000 bail.
—Debra Smith, 70, of the 600 block of Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday on a justice of the peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center after learning of the warrant for her arrest. She was released on $1,000 bail.
—Crystal Duhon, 41, of the 200 block of Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. While responding to a separate complaint, a deputy made contact with Duhon and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. She later was released on $1,000 bail.
—George T. Boutwell, 33, of the 900 block of Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. Tuesday for speeding, possession of open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle and improper display of license plate. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area observed a vehicle travelling at a speed above the posted limit and conducted a traffic stop on Duhon Boulevard. The deputy observed the driver, Boutwell, with an open bottle of beer inside the vehicle, Hebert said. Boutwell was released on $1,000 bail.
Morgan City Police Chief Michael Banks reported the following arrests:
—Lisa C. Mclemore, 49, of Aucoin Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear for second offense driving while intoxicated, child restraint, open container and use of tobacco products in vehicle with child under age 12.
Mclemore was located at Ashland Correctional Facility in Terrebonne Parish and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked on several outstanding warrants for the Morgan City Police Department. She remains jailed on $20,000 bail.
—Jahmarcus Paddio, 18, of Freret Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday for disturbing the peace and remaining where forbidden.
Officers were sent to a Brashear Avenue department store to dispatch a male who refused to leave the premises when asked by management. Witnesses said Paddio became involved in a profanity-laced argument with management in front of other customers in the store, Banks said. He was jailed.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle reported the following arrest:
—Chelsea Jennings, 24, of the 1000 block of Washington Street in Patterson, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday for simple battery involving domestic abuse with medical attention. Jennings was released on $1,000 bail.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported one arrest:
—Chelsey Gros, 23, of Prairie Road in Franklin, at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property. She was located at parish jail and transported to the Berwick jail where she is awaiting bond.
