—Theodore M. Harris, 27, of Taft Street in Patterson, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for armed robbery, and a warrant for armed robbery with the use of a firearm.
Harris, who was been previously in jail and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon as a result of an investigation into an armed robbery which occurred on Tuesday, was formally charged with the armed robbery, Crouch said.
Detectives continued the investigation into the alleged incident and identified Harris as the suspect. Warrants were secured for his arrest. Harris was re-booked and jailed with no bail set.

Scott declined consent to search his vehicle for illegal contraband and/or weapons. The police department’s new K-9 dog was summoned to the scene to perform a search of the exterior of the vehicle.
The K-9 indicated the presence of the odor of narcotics.
Based on the K-9 search, officers searched the vehicle and located a container which contained suspected crack cocaine, a controlled substance. It was determined that the suspected cocaine was destined for sale and distribution. Scott was jailed with no bail set yet.

Elliott was located at a Terrebonne Street residence and placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant for obscenity. The warrant stemmed from an investigation based on a complaint that Elliott had sent explicit nude photos of himself to a female who then contacted the police department, Crouch said. He was jailed and released after posting $25,000 bail.
