St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Stacey Tabor, 32, of 722 Fourth St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 12:09 p.m. on charges of five counts unauthorized use of an access card and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of vehicle fuel. No bond was set.
Gage Landry, 25, of Lafayette, was arrested Monday at 12:58 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Quentin Cooper, 24, of 107 Poncio St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 2:41 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. He was held on $100,000 bond.
Deavnta J. Burden, 22, of 1158 La. 83, Lot A, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:45 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charge of domestic abuse battery, possession of marijuana, criminal damage to property and simple battery. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Kalyn Gros, 25, of 2423 Pecan St., Morgan City, Monday at 5:49 p.m. on charges of failure to signal, second offense of possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Gerald Dupas, 28, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Friday at 4:42 p.m. on charges of two counts battery on a police officer, two counts resisting an officer with force, attempting to disarm a police officer, second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, simple battery and simple assault. Officers responded to Iberia Street regarding an alleged fight. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who alleged Dupas knocked them down and kicked them. Officers attempted to place Dupas under arrest and Dupas reportedly made verbal threats to the officer, hit the officer in the face and scratched the officer. Dupas also allegedly attempted to take the officers’ weapon as he was being placed under arrest. No bond was set.
Zetrick Pier, 19, of Saline, La., was arrested Saturday at 6:40 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by alarming the public and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Jimmy Billiot, 17, of John Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:42 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and a Baldwin warrant on a charge of theft. He was released on $2,000 bond.
