St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Linda Maxie, 49, of Lafayette, was arrested Monday at 11:40 a.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation. She was released on a summons.
Jaclyn Rodriguez, 25, of 1838 La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:15 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear on a speeding charge. No bond was set.
Manuel Booker, 66, of 621 Anderson St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10 p.m. on a charge of DWI. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Malik Byers, 17, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, Monday at 8:50 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.
Robert Tillman Jr., 23, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:43 a.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by flight and a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. He was held on $6,000 bond.
Cloris Jones, 27, of Friendship Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:34 p.m. on charges of required front lamps, rear lamps, side and rear reflectors on a bicycle, second offense possession of marijuana, two counts of resisting an officer, two counts of criminal trespassing and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Dewellyn Howard, 34, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:59 p.m. on charges of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
