Police Repors 11-5-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Byron Williams, 36, of 465 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Monday at 8:29 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault, telephone harassment and remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
Angel Alavez, 50, no address given, was arrested Monday on charges of disturbing the peace and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.
Timothy Kirt Parker, 57, of 228 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:05 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of issuing worthless checks, no driver’s license and no vehicle child restraint. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Avery Perro, 33, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, Monday at 10:57 p.m. on warrants charging him with fourth offense domestic abuse battery and failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Lane Howard, 39, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.
