Police report 11-7
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Tommy J. McNally, 46, of 1309 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 6:28 p.m. and charged with operation of a clandestine laboratory within 1,000 feet of school property, manufacturing Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and for theft of utility services and criminal damage to property. No bail was set.

Frederick Mosely, Sr, 43, of 120 Bernard St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 2:38 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of theft of a motor vehicle and theft. No bail was set.
Chastity Butler, 36, of 1803 M. St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 3:55 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and harassment. Butler was released on a summons to appear in court.
Brandon Fontenot, 19, of 1620 Parlange Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with traffic light violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fontenot was released on a summons to appear in court.
James Bertrand, 56, of 637 Bigler St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:47 p.m. and charged with stop sign violation and driving with a suspended license. Bertrand was released on a summons to appear in court.
Karen Ledet, 39, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Saturday at 1:38 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $2,500.
Kord Atkinson, 30, of 123 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 8:22 p.m. and charged with license plate lights required and driving with a suspended license. Atkinson as released on a summons to appear in court.
Nicole Atkinson, 31, of 123 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 8:44 p.m. and charged with direct contempt, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person, careless operation of a motor vehicle and and failure to honor written promise to appear. Atkinson was released on a $360 bail.
Michael Hills, 56, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 8:50 p.m. and charged with no turn signals, no driver’s license and no insurance. Hills was released on a summons to appear in court.
Eldridge Gibson, 29, of 129 Collins St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 8:53 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule I, second offense and domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Devin Stansbury, 25, of 411 Carol Road, Apt. B, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 11:38 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule III, possession of Schedule IV, possession of Schedule I with intent to distribute, possession of Legend Drug without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law and possession of a CDS in the presence of a minor. No bail was set.
Steven Morris, 30, of Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 9:43 a.m. and charged with violation of protective orders, third offense. No bail was set.
Willie J. Johnlouis, Jr., 29, of Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 7:10 p.m. and charged with no driver’s license, possession of Schedule and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnlouis was released on a $3,250 bond.
