Police Reports 1-14-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brennan Skinner, 22, of 1061 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an access card. No bond was set.
Monica Hebert, 26, of 111 Robicheaux Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Tuesday at 11:13 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging her with theft. No bond was set.
Jonathan Ruffin, 27, of Gibson, was arrested Tuesday at 1:09 p.m. on two failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $13,497.
Jessica D. Johnson, 38, of 853 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:50 p.m. on a leash law violation and released on a summons.
Jackie Naquin, 34, of Dulac, was arrested Tuesday at 9:19 p.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear for a probation hearing. Bond was set at $4,000.
