Police Reports 1-19-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Morris Thibeaux, 58, of Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:41 p.m. and charged with remaining where forbidden. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Justin Singleton, 18, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:27 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana), possession of a legend drug (cough medicine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Singleton was processed and released on a $3,000 bond.
Lazon McDaniel, 17, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:27 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) with intent to distribute. McDaniel was processed and released on a $3,000 bond.
Marchez Paul-Lassitter, 41, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:08 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics (hydrocodone), possession of Schedule II narcotics (amphetamine) and possession of Schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine). Paul-Lassitter was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court charging him with failure to appear for the charge of seatbelt violation. Paul-Lassitter was processed and held with no bond set.
