Police Reports 1-20-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jimmie Rulf, 53, of 201 Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 3:38 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal trespassing.
Joseph Rulf, 25, of 122 Moffet Court., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 3:43 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension. Joseph Rulf was released on a summons to appear in court. Jimmie Rulf was transported to the parish jail. He was released on a summons.
Juvenile male, 15, of Four Corners, was arrested Saturday at 5:49 p.m. and charged with aggravated assault and ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Leroy Robertson, 45, of St. Martinville, was arrested Sunday at 1:47 a.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Robertson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Clifford Decuir Jr., 45, of 906 Tall Timbers Dr., Lot 6, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 11:25 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of no seat belt and texting while driving. Decuir was released on a summons to appear in court.
Earl W. Cleary, 51, of 232 Wayne Lane, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 1:46 p.m. and charged on a warrant for terrorizing. No bail was set.
Keith Lewis, 58, of 826 Martin Luther King Road, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 3:07 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with an expired motor vehicle inspection. Lewis was released on a $250 bond.
Kevon T. Loston, 19, of 117 Ronald Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 5:26 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Carlos Melendez, 38, of Schriever, was arrested Sunday at 8:32 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Melendez was transported to the parish jail for booking.
Roosevelt Hudson, 61, of 504 Bollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 11:21 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension, no driver’s license on person and careless operation of a vehicle. Hudson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Eric W. Hofsommer, 52, of 1448 Evergreen St., Bayou Vista was arrested Monday at 10 a.m. and charged with violation of the parish ordinance governing truck routes. Hofsommer was released on a summons to appear in court.
Iraneka J. Amos, 24, of 153 Mars Road, Apt. 3, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 2:06 p.m. and charged with aggravated battery, domestic abuse battery and resisting a police officer with force or violence. No bail was set.
Cameron M. Guidry, 17, of Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 3:32 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle. Guidry was released on a summons to appear in court.
Joshua P. Boudreaux, 24, of 151 Anderson Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 9:54 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle with a crash, possession of Schedule I (synthetic marijuana), possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Boudreaux was transported to the parish jail for booking.
Justin W. Taylor, 17, of 216 Field St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 3:43 a.m. and charged with possession of codeine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taylor was released on a $4,500 personal surety bond.
Matthew T. Rollins, 22, of 113 Diane Lane, Lot 6, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:43 a.m. and charged with failure to dim headlights, aggravated flight from an officer, possession of codeine and no driver’s license. No bail was set for Rollins.
Clara Watkins, 65, of 302 Glenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:58 a.m. and charged speeding, driving under suspension, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, disobeying a traffic light and failure to honor written promise to appear. She was released after posting $2,644 bond.
Jared Hope, 25, of 307 Louisa St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids). Hope was released on a summons to appear in court.
Charles Berger, 25, of 125 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 4:09 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Berger was released on a summons to appear in court.
Emilie Pittman, 22, of 216 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:08 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless operation of a vehicle, speeding and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, Thibodaux City Court warrant for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and direct contempt. No bail was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Erica Pederson, 35, of 137 Domino St., Patterson, Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule II (oxycotin) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend Drug (amoxicillin) without a prescription and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone).
Donovan Pederson, 35, of 137 Domino St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule II (oxycotin) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend Drug (amoxicillin) without a prescription and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone). Both subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Teldrich Toussaint, 18, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile (two counts). Toussaint was processed and held on a $5,000 bond.
Michael Morris Jr., 17, of Talbot St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:31 p.m. and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Morris was processed and released on a $2,500 bond.
Eliseo Bautista-Salvador, 29, of Laurel, Miss., was arrested Tuesday at 6:03 p.m. and charged with no driver’s license and illegal parking. Bautista-Salvador was processed and released on a $225 cash bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Carlos Francis, 31, of Fortiere Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday and charged with remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Donaldson Welch, 30, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday and charged with hit and run driving and released on a summons.
