Police Reports 1-22-16

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Roger Francis, 36, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with unauthorized use of a movable. He was released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Devin Leon, 28, of St. Martinville, was arrested on Thursday at 9:31 a.m. and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of vehicle insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule II (hydrocodone). No bail was set.
Matthew Rollins, 22, of Patterson, was additionally charged on a warrant for two counts of issuing worthless checks. Rollins was already incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on other charges. No bail was set.
Steve Scully Sr., 49, of Patterson, was arrested on Thursday at 10:18 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Terrance Robinson Jr., 18, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:31 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Robinson was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Lazon McDaniel, 18, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:31 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. McDaniel was processed and held on a $2,000 bond.
Deondric Butler, 20, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:31 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana- third offense and resisting an officer with force. Butler was processed and held with no bond set.
