Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Bobby Lockett, 63, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday on a warrant on the charge of disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Lockett was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Chris Baptiste, 48, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday and charged with introduction to contraband into a penal institution. No bond was set.
Patrick Smith, 37, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics (cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV narcotics (Tremadol), possession of a Legend Drug (Penicillin V Potassium), possession of Legend Drug (Promethazine Hydrochloride), possession of Legend Drug (Promethazine Syrup), possession of a Legend Drug (Sulfamethoxazole Trimethoprim), possession of Legend Drug (Cephalexin Monohydrate), possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief. Smith was processed and released on a $12,000 bond.
Amber Maneaux, 27, of Martin Luther King Drive, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief and possession of Schedule II narcotics (cocaine) with intent to distribute. Maneaux was processed and released on a $50,000 bond.
Albert Mitchell, 58, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:08 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Mitchell was processed and held with no bond set.
Michelle Brown, 43, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:12 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Brown was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
Gage Landry, 18, of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:36 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Landry was processed and released on a $357 cash bond.
Keithen Delasbour, 18, of Rosebud Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:49 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana first offense. Delasbour was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on the charge of simple battery. Delasbour was processed and held with no bond set.
Jimmy Billiot Jr., 19, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 6:39 a.m. and charged on a warrant from Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Billiot was processed and released on a $250 cash bond.
Stefanie Boudreaux, 44, of Hamm Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:19 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief (filing a false report) and possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription (Gabapentin). Boudreaux was processed and held with no bond set.
Neisha Vasquez-Rios, 18, of Napoleonville, was arrested Monday at 11:06 a.m. and charged on a warrant charging her with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Vasquez-Rios was processed and released on a $2,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Christopher Langley, 28, of Lake Charles, was arrested Friday at 9:29 a.m. and charged on a warrant for simple battery. Langley was released on a $500 bond.
A juvenile male, 15, of Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:58 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle with a crash and no driver’s license. The juvenile driver was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Malcolm Kennedy, 62, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Friday at 7:25 p.m. and charged on a warrant for obtaining a prescription by fraud. No bail was set.
T.J. Williams IV, 23, of Kenner, was arrested Saturday at 12:59 a.m. and charged with resisting an officer by giving false information) possession of Schedule II (crack cocaine) and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set
Claudashia Johnlouis, 21, of 401 Ira St., No. 12, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 12:59 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, no driver’s license, no insurance and possession of Schedule II (crack cocaine). No bond was set.
Frank T. Anderson, 22, of 321 Inez Drive, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 7:58 a.m. and charged on a warrant for disturbing the peace by fighting. Anderson was released on a summons.
Shelamo Elzy, 19, of 230 Mitchell St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, general speed law, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person, no child restraint and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on a $375 bond.
Ronell Bourgeois, 43, of 253 La. 317, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 5:02 p.m. and charged with aggravated flight from an officer, theft of goods, illegal possession of stolen things, and on a warrant for theft of goods. No bail is set.
Barry Clarkston Jr., 37, of 1018 Barrow St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:55 p.m. and charged on a Lafayette Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple assault. No bail was set.
Trevor Hebert, 20, of 1001 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 4:02 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Chevell Francis, 26, of 217 Pickett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:36 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of tramadol and theft of goods. No bail was set.
Amber Swanson, 18, 3028 Keith St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 7:32 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of swimming, diving or fishing from parish bridges, wharf piers and boat ramps. Bail was set at $557.
Ashlyn R. Gros, 24, of 154 Sun Rd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 2:24 p.m. and charged with violation of stop signs and yield signs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gros was released on a summons to appear in court.
Marcus J. Frederick, 42, of 505 Pellerin St., Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 3:25 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. No bail was set.
Tyler Porche, 29, of Metairie, was arrested Monday at 3:51 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance and speeding. No bail was set.
Michael Fields, 39, of 226 Pickett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:44 p.m. and charged with criminal damage to property. He was released on bond.
Two juvenile males, 10 years of age, from Patterson, were arrested Monday at 6:35 p.m. and charged for disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court proceedings.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Jenella Johnson, 63, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday and charged with hit and run driving and released on a summons.
