Police Reports 1-27-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
D’Angelo Prince, 35, no address given, was arrested Monday at 9:09 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension and a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Crederick D. Alexander, 32, of 111 Fortier Circle, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 9:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse battery-child endangerment. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Brontriaze Weber, 18, of 129 Collins St., Baldwin, Monday at 3:58 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Weber was released on a summons.
Allen Guillotte Jr., 36, of 11407 La. 182, Apt. B, Garden City, was arrested Monday at 4:01 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, Xanax and Clonazapam. Bond was set at $7,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Davey Monette Sr., 55, of Eagle Street, Franklin, Monday at 11:20 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of goods under $500. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Jaquincy Mouton, 21, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with illegal possession of stolen things, terrorizing, aggravated obstruction of a highway and illegal carrying of weapons. He was held on $26,500 bond.
Brendan Comeaux, 21, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:47 a.m. on warrants charging him with possession of heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentality; two counts of possession of firearms in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, aggravated assault and simple assault. He was also charged on a Lafayette Parish warrant with second degree battery. Comeaux was additionally charged at the time of arrest with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
