St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bryan Wright, no age given, of Gray, was charged Tuesday with an issuing worthless checks warrant. No bond was set.
John Fitzgerald, 56, of 202 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 8:18 p.m. on a St. Martin Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of riding or hauling on levees. No bond was set.
Tommy Nguyen, 40, of 21403 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:50 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Fonzie Wade, 35, of 143 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 2:22 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks and held with no bond set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Travis Johnson, 39, of 714½ Utah St., Berwick, Tuesday at 2:31 p.m. on charges of third offense possession of marijuana, possession of meth with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice, possession of Norco, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer, violation of a drug free zone and littering. No bond was set.
Brian Henderson, 31, of 736 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 2:31 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension, improper lane use, second offense marijuana possession, possession of meth with intent to distribute, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Jason Matthews, 33, of 178 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 7:55 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of improper turn, driving without a license and failure to honor a written promise to appear. He was released on a $335 fine.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Christopher Guidroz, 32, of Arnaudville, Tuesday at 11 p.m. on charges of resisting arrest and giving false information and a warrant charging him with theft and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tristen Hines, 18, of La. 318, Jeanerette, Tuesday at 12:59 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. Hines was released on $1,500 bond.
Kendall Lee, 26, of St. Martinville, was arrested Tuesday at 2:01 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was released on $292 bond.
Brian Lemon, 33, of Batiste Street, Baldwin, was arrested today at 4:22 a.m. by Baldwin Police on a Franklin warrant charging him with theft by shoplifting. No bond was set.
