Police Reports 1-28-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported one arrest this morning:
Dianne Darby, 37, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Morgan A. Lavergne, 21, of 914 Second St., Franklin, Wednesday at 11:07 a.m. on a warrant charging her with second degree battery. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Jarvis Preston, 29, of 1805 Joan Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:39 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of no insurance, expired license plate, stop sign violation and no turn signal. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Valerie Navy, 27, of 269 Verdun Lane, Lot 1, Verdunville, was arrested Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods and held with no bond set.
Brent J. Bridges, 30, of 132 Vaughn Lane, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:12 a.m. on charges of signal violation and open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Ashlee Jimenez, 33, of 911 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:51 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.
