Police Reports 1-30-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brent Rock Jr, 26, of 133 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 12:12 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of third offense domestic abuse battery, failure to appear on the charges of theft of goods and simple battery and failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana and disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $14,000.
Caleb Trahan, 18, of 604 Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 7:54 p.m. and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Trahan was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking and was later released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Jovi Guidry, 28, of Houma, was arrested Saturday at 10:43 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
Johnny Smith, 25, of Houma, was arrested Saturday at 10:43 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Smith was released on a $2,000 bond.
Brent Aucoin, 48, of Labadieville, was arrested Saturday at 3:06 a.m. and charged with possession of stolen property. Aucoin was released on a $2,500 bond.
Kayla M. Francise, 19, of 2008 Keith St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 6:59 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of contempt of court. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Rodney Bowie, 39, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:31 a.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of possession of legend drug without a prescription, driving under suspension, resisting an officer with force, possession of drug paraphernalia- second offense and disturbing the peace. Bowie was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Taylor Darden, 23, of Jena Street, Charenton, was arrested Friday and charged with unlawful possession or use of drugs, unlawful possession or use of drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dustin Broussard, 28, of Loreauville, was arrested Friday and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia -second offense.
Summer Gaudet, 22, of Lake Palourde Road, Morgan City, was released on a misdemeanor summons for possession for marijuana.
