Police Reports 1-31-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Julian Aucoin, 31, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 11:55 a.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of failure to pay child support. No bond was set.
Samuel Gary, 23, of 606 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 2:48 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and remaining where forbidden. Bond was set at $750 bond.
Mikel J. Ashley, 43, of 121 Calumet Cut Lane, Calumet, was arrested Thursday at 5:32 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of theft of utilities, theft of goods, remaining where forbidden, criminal neglect of family and theft over $1,500. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Craig M. Free, 27, of 1915 River Road, Berwick, Thursday at 10:24 p.m. on charges of operation of a clandestine lab and warrants charging him with possession of a Schedule III drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to use turn signal, violation of a protective order and failure to appear on child support charges. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of David Burrell, 53, of Canal Drive, Franklin, Thursday at 4 p.m. on warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks, simple battery and simple burglary. He was also charged with driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Kerry Guilbeaux, 41, of Fifth Street, Franklin, and Lela Coleman, 42, also of Fifth Street, Franklin, were arrested Thursday at approximately 10 p.m. on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and criminal damage to property. No bonds were set.
