Police Reports 10-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jamie August, 38, of 420 Sorrel Road, Sorrel, was arrested Thursday at 8:16 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.
Amanda Williams, 29, of 123 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 8:03 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of theft of goods and possession of Schedule I drugs. No bond was set.
Glenn Mitchell Jr., 26, of Gibson, was arrested today at 2:43 a.m. on charges of reckless operation, disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting an officer by giving false information and with force or violence, a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family, a Morgan City failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension and another for probation violation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Leonard Poldery, 57, of Sixth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 6:34 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension and a 32nd District Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding, He was held on $1,000 bond.

Carl Dupas, 51, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:49 p.m. on a Morgan City bench warrant on a charge of probation violation. He was held on $500 bond.
Derrick Lovely, 37, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with flight from an officer. No bond was set.
