Police Reports 10-13-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Derrick Lovely, 37, of 807 Iberia St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:11 a.m. in Centerville, on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court for revocation. Bond was set at $2,828.81.
Nicole Fisher, 43, of 510 Lucy St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 7:49 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a warrant for failure to appear. She was released on a $2,500 bond.
Jason Alfred, 37, of 1311 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 11:47 p.m. on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace and traffic violations. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Bond had not been set as of this morning..
Kenneth McDonald, 27, of 708 Roder St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 5:41 p.m. in Centerville, on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear. Bond was set at $17,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Derrick Lovely, 37, of Iberia Street Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:27 a.m., while incarcerated at St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on a warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court for failure to appear on charges of failure to dim lights and no driver’s license. Bond was set at $310.
Lola McCarty, 30, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:49 p.m., on a warrant issued by 17th Judicial District Court of Lafourche Parish on a charge of probation violation. She was processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Terri Drexler, 28, of Augustine Maze Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:05 p.m., on a charge of simple battery and released on a $500 bond.
Keandra Perro, 27, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:53 a.m., on a warrant charging her with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a $500 bond.
Joseph Perro, 25, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:12 a.m., on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of speeding and released on a $5,000 bond.
Damien Perro, 29, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:41 a.m., on a charge of entering or remaining where forbidden. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Barry Jones, 27, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:44 p.m., on a warrant charging him with simple criminal damage to property and released on a $1,000 bond.
Melissa Lowe, 27, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 4:06 p.m., on charges of possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
