Police Reports 10-14-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:
Jessica D. Brown, 21, of 617 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 12:11 p.m. on a charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoids. She was released on a summons.
Warren Butler III, 45, of 312 Taft Street, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 2:11 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Alexis Henry, 28, of 111 Fortier Circle, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 2:43 p.m. on a warrant from Jeanerette Police Department for theft by shoplifting. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Raymond Comeaux, 42, of 1018 W. Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:43 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of domestic abuse battery. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Michelle A. Branson, 29, of 5409 Bayou Black Drive, Gibson; Jennifer M. Carlos, 32, 157 Bon Jovi Lane, Gray; and Mona Collins, 51, 194 B. Senator’s Circle, Gray, were arrested Friday at 4:57 p.m. on charges of theft of goods at a store in Bayou Vista. All were released on a summons.
Thomas Fontenot, 60, of 121 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Cline Richoux Jr., 57, of 119 St. Louis Street, Raceland, was arrested Saturday at 6:50 p.m. on a charge of criminal mischief. He was released on a summons.
 Wade Rhodes, 51, of 3803 Mount Street, Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 5 p.m. on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving while intoxicated, angling without a license and violation of recreational gear license required. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Markila Ruffin, 20, of 317 Easy Street, Franklin, and Leshonta Lumpkin, 21, of 114 Isabella Street, Franklin, were arrested Saturday at 8:23 p.m. on charges of theft at a store in Bayou Vista. Both were released on a summons.
 Michael Robicheaux, 62, of 167 Eckart Drive, New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 7:03 a.m. on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless operation of a motor vehicle. A deputy responded to a report of a stalled vehicle on La. 87 in Jeanerette. Upon arrival, the deputy observed that the vehicle was involved in a crash. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Robicheaux, and reported smelling the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The deputy said Robicheaux performed poorly on the field sobriety test and refused to take a breath test. Bond was set at $6,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Joseph Nedd, 48, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:45 p.m., and charged with violation of a protective order. Nedd was processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Damien Perro, 28, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:08 a.m., and charged with simple battery. Bond was set at  $500.
Ericka Broussard, 37, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9 a.m., on a warrant charging her with failure to return a lease movable. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
Clarence Smith, 62, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:42 p.m., on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on charges of no registration, DWI, expired license plate and no driver’s license. Bond was set at $1,137.
Travis Walters, 29, of JA Hernandez Street, Franklin, arrested Sunday at 6:58 p.m., and charged with disturbing the peace with loud and abusive language and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $1,250.
Chenet Small, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 5:08 a.m. and charged with simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. Small released on a $1500 bond.
