Police Reports 10-17-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Robert Trahan Jr., 23, of 500 Robert St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:04 a.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Troy Davis, 17, of 124 Natalie Drive, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 10:35 a.m. on charges of two counts of second degree battery, simple battery and disturbing the peace. Bond is set at $30,000.
Herman Lacarte Jr., 47, of 823 Garber St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 4:15 p.m. on a charge of entering contraband into a jail and possession of synthetic marijuana. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jeremiah Smith, 22, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft by shoplifting. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Megan Parker, 27, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:04 p.m. on a warrant charging her with principal to theft by shoplifting. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Leonce Perro, 24, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:17 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language and was released on $250 bond.
Brandon Garrison, 24, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:17 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer, disturbing the peace, threatening a public official and resisting with force and violence, as well as a failure to appear warrant on a charge of simple battery. No bond was set.
Kirt Favors, 42, and Joseph Perro Jr., 25, both of Third Street, Franklin, were arrested at 11:20 p.m. Thursday on charges of disturbing the peace. Both were released on bonds of $1,000.
