Police Reports 10-2-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Gary Thibodeaux, 53, of 152 Bayou View Drive, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:06 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace and simple criminal damage to property. He was released on a summons.
Earl Allen Jr., 50, of 121 Emy Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 12:12 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Desmond Francis, 26, of 10723 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:27 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery and criminal trespassing and another on the charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
De’Anthony Lewis, 30, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs, second offense. No bond was set.
David W. Williams, 29, of 2411 Sixth St., Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft and was released on $500 bond.
Kenjawn Williams, 33, of 521 Trappey St., Lot B, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and was held on $11,770 bond.
Courtney Richardson, 29, of Franklin, was charged Wednesday at 3:04 p.m. with entering contraband into a jail. He remains incarcerated on a previous charge.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Letesha Arceneaux, 35, of Duson, Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. on a charge of possession of vyvanse. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Carl Joseph Jr., 20, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 11:41 p.m. on a charge of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Aubry Otis, 53, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:28 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Raquel Matthews, 21, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:13 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and held on $2,000 bond.
Aaron Lightfoot, 26, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. today on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana and obscenity. No bond was set.
