Police Reports 10-21-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Tammy Partain, 36, of 3120 Karen Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 5:35 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.
Jerret Cortez, 25, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Saturday at 12:29 a.m. on charges of DWI, speeding and improper lane use. No bond was set.
Duke Guidroz, 27, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Friday at 9:09 p.m. on charges of unauthorized use of a movable, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless operation and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Malcom Smith, 27, of 1703 Fern St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 9:36 p.m. on charges of flight from an officer and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Shawn Boudreaux, 34, of 179 Martin Road, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 9:36 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace. He was held on $1,250 bond.
Tyrone Gordan, 19, of 1900 Saturn St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 4:49 p.m. on charges of DWI, reckless operation, stop sign, resisting an officer by flight and a probation warrant. No bond was set.
Timothy Byers, 48, of 109 Venus St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 8:26 p.m. on charges of two counts of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.
Jenny Rink, 25, of 445 Southeast Blvd., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 11:43 p.m. on a charge of filing a false report. She was released on a summons.
Kenny Clements, 21, of Cut Off, was arrested Sunday at 12:27 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $500 bond.
Crystal Willoughby, 18, of 4278 Francis St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 4:26 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Bond was set at $250.
Kelly McMinn, 17, of 128 Dottie’s Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Sunday at 3:15 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Bond was set at $750.
Brennan Hamm, 26, of 1509 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 8:41 a.m. on charges of no vehicle registration, no proof of insurance, improper lane use and possession of Alprazolam. No bond was set.
Robert Deville, 20, of 5709 La. 14, New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 11:22 p.m. on charges of DWI, disturbing the peace and possession of a Schedule IV narcotic. No bond was set.
Destry Weber, 47, of Southeast Boulevard, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 10:51 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. Bond was set at $500.
Rachel Simmons, 34, and Juan Torres, 36, of 100 River View Drive, Patterson, were arrested Sunday at 8:28 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Simmons was also charged with aggravated battery. No bonds were set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kasian Malveaux, 26, of Killeen, Texas, Friday at 4:21 p.m. on a warrant charging Malveaux with failure to appear on charges of stop sign violation and driving under suspension. Malveaux was released on $435 bond.
Jerric Felton, 21, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:46 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Darius Jackson, 24, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:14 p.m. on charges of three counts of resisting an officer, four counts of resisting and officer with force and eight counts of criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Herbert Lewis, 49, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:37 p.m. on charges of peeping tom and criminal trespassing. He was released on $1,500 bond.
Charles Boudreaux, 48, of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:06 a.m. on charges of red light violation and driving under suspension. He was released on $1,250 bond.
