Police Reports 10-21-15
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Bricelon Martin, 19, of Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, was arrested on Monday on charges of home invasion, criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property and simple battery. No bond was set.
Katelyn Bourque, 19, of Loreauville, was arrested on Monday on a warrant on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ollie Carlisle, 42, of 400 Darlene St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. on a charge of possession of a schedule II narcotic and warrants for failing to appear in court on the charge of improper lighting, failure to appear in court on the charge of driving under suspension and failure to appear in court on a charge of allowing dogs to roam. No bond was set.
Steven Morris, 29, of 113 Vista Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested on Tuesday at 2:21 p.m. on a warrant on the charge of violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Martha Ford, 50, of 107 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested on Tuesday at 9:56 p.m. on charges of no license plate light and open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Ford was issued a summons to appear in court.
Jovian Clark, 34, of 186 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested on Tuesday at 11:02 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer, resisting an officer with force or violence, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice and violation of uniformed controlled substance law; drug-free zone. No bond was set.
Natoya Singleton, 24, of 721 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, was arrested on Tuesday at 10:15 on charges of interfering with a law enforcement investigation, entry on or remaining in places or land after being forbidden and for a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of failing to return a leased movable. No bond was set.
Aaron Mitchell Sr., 33, of 213 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested on Wednesday at 2:18 a.m. on the charge of simple battery. Bail was set at $500.
The Franklin Police Department reported the following arrests:
Kendrick Madison, 38, of Augustine Maze Street, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 7:42 p.m. on warrants charging violation of uniformed controlled substance law, distribution of Schedule I narcotics and parole violation. No bond was set.
David Burrell Jr., 31, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 8:02 p.m. and charged with no driver’s license. Burrell Jr. was released on a $250 bond.
David Mitchell, 36, of Perret Street, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 9:04 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Mitchell was released on a $2,000 bond.
