Police Reports 10-23-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Michael L. Raymond Jr., 35, of 208 Kathleen St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 10:53 a.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.
Marie E. Siracusa, 58, of 208 Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 2:13 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Johnny Watts, 58, of 216 Clausen Road South, Verdunville, was arrested Tuesday at 3:14 p.m. on a charge of theft of utilities. He was released on a summons.
Dalton Ray Cooper, 41, of 106 Natalie Lane, Patterson, and Valencia Cooper, 40, same address, were arrested Tuesday around 10 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Both were held with no bonds set.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrests of four persons Tuesday at 10:10 p.m. on charges of operating a clandestine meth lab after conducting a search warrant at 114 Palmer Lane, Centerville.
Kelly L. Broussard, 46, and Dustin J. Palmer, 33, both of 114 Palmer Lane, Verdunville; Stephen M. Charpentier, 35, of 134 Sydney Lane, Verdunville; and David W. Norris, 45, of 6634 La. 182, Shadyside, were all held with no bonds set.
