Police Reports 10-24-12

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Billy Jack Hoffman, 26, of 713 Leonard St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday, at 2:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a probation review hearing on the charge of DWI. No bond was set.
Debra Martinez, 26, no address given, was arrested Wednesday at 4:16 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Clifton James Lodrigue, 28, of 1225 Columbus Avenue, Bayou Vista, Wednesday at 4:37 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II, III and IV narcotics, warrants charging him with possession of Schedule III narcotics and drug paraphernalia, failure to appear on charges of speeding, driving under suspension, off road vehicle on a roadway and on a charge of possession of stanozolol. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of John Felton, 49, of Ninth Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:35 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, attempted aggravated burglary , resisting an officer and illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments. No bond was set.
