Police Reports 10-25-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tanya Lynn Neverre, 34, of 2428 Apple St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:02 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to notify law enforcement as a registered sex offender. No bond was set.
Janet H. Smith, 47, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 6:57 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.
Jeramie Hebert, 33, of Jeanerette, was arrested today at 2:09 a.m. on charges of obstruction of a highway, reckless operation of a vehicle and flight from an officer. No bond was set.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Shawn E. McCauley, 36, of 3124 Susan Drive, Morgan City, Thursday at 3:25 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Juan Gregory Guerra, 18, of 1624 Victor II Blvd., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 5:16 p.m. on a warrant charging him with obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Matthew Blanks, 32, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:37 a.m. on charges of third offense loud music and open alcohol container. He was released on $750 bond.
