Police Reports 10-26-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
April Phillips, 36, of Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:23 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension and released on $300 bond.
Darwin Wiggins, 39, of Gum Point Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:37 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and released to appear in court.
Dana Peters, 32, of North Prairie Road, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 1:19 a.m. on warrants charging her with disturbing the peace and released on $500 bond.
Chez Druilhet, 21, of Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 2:30 a.m. on a Third Ward Court warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace and simple battery. She was released on $558 bond.
Katelyn Bourque, 19, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Sunday at 12:19 a.m. on a charge of possession of Xanax. No bond was set.
Samuel Mitchell, 36, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:39 a.m. on charges of criminal mischief and disturbing the peace and held on $750 bond.
Ryan LeBlanc, 22, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of careless operation and resisting an officer. He was released on $1,250 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Catrell Archangel, 35, of 230 Jones Road #1, Jeanerette was arrested on Friday at 3:22 am and charged with aggravated battery. Bail was set at $5,000.
Deavnta J. Burden, 23, of 1158 Highway 83, Baldwin, was arrested on Friday at 7:44 am on a warrant for charges of aggravated battery. No bail was set.
Rex P. Racheau, 61, of 217 Hanson Street, Franklin was arrested on Friday at 12:09 pm on charges of careless operation of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension. Racheau was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jose Garza, 30, 11923 Beeville Drive, Houston, TX was arrested on Friday at 12:47 pm and charged with the following offenses:
—Violation of the general speed law
—No driver’s license
—Possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids)
—Possession of drug paraphernalia
Bail was set at $4,000.
Alcee D. Courville, Jr., 26, of 1048 Eva Lane, Breaux, Bridge, was arrested on Saturday at 8:36 am and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II (ocycodone), and possession of Schedule IV (Klonopin). Courville was released after posting $4,500 bond.
Eric Frentz, 34, of 306 Glenwood Street, Apt. C, Morgan City was arrested on Saturday at 10:15 am and charged with criminal trespass. Frentz was released on a summons to appear in court.
Cody Groves, 34, of 272 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested on Saturday at 10:15 am and charged with criminal trespass. Groves was released on a summons to appear in court.
Christopher Pittman, 28, of Laura Street, Patterson, was arrested on Saturday at 10:15 am and charged with criminal trespass. Pittman was released on a summons to appear in court.
