Police Reports 10-29-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Two female juveniles, both 15, of Patterson, were arrested Tuesday at 8:25 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Michael Alvarez, 38, of 118 Beadle St., Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 10:39 a.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court and was held on $200,000 bond.
Mindy L. Macaluso, 31, of 535 Arcemont Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 10:52 a.m. on a charge of obstruction of justice. She was released on $500 bond.
Melissa Blanco, 41, of 3522 La. 182, No. 40, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. on a charge of theft and released on a summons.
A 14-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, both of Bayou Vista, were arrested Tuesday at 7:55 p.m. on charges of criminal mischief and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Dedrick Stevenson, 21, of 125 Evans Drive, Charenton, was arrested today at 12:23 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Darrell Grubbs Jr., 30, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 4:11 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Lawrence Thibodeaux, 51, and Angelique Thibodeaux, 22, both of 201 Newman St., Baldwin, were arrested Tuesday at about 4 p.m. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and she was charged on a warrant on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released on summonses.
Kelly McMinn, 18, of 128 Dottie’s Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:12 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Bernard Williams, 52, of Chitimacha Trail, Jeanerette, Tuesday at 1:24 p.m. on warrants charging him with suspended driver’s license and hit and run. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Yvisha Levine, 24, of Morrison Street, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:44 p.m. on warrants charging her with domestic abuse battery and aggravated assault, as well as a Third Ward Court warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was held on $15,233 bond.
