Police Reports 10-31-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Shane Paul Scully, 25, of 39 Glenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 8:51 a.m. on St. Martin Parish warrants charging him with failure to appear on boating safety violations. He was transferred to St. Martin authorities.
Clarence Woods, 19, of 415 Taft St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 10:03 a.m. on Lafayette warrants charging him with simple burglary. No bond was set.
Angie Lafleur, 33, of 113 Honey Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:17 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of improper tail lights and no proof of insurance. She was released on $334 bond.
A male juvenile, 15, of Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11:27 p.m. on charges of being ungovernable and resisting an officer. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Allegra Ackerman, 32, of 1156 Sydney Lane, No. 12, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 5 p.m. on a charge of hit and run. Ackerman was released on a summons.
Iris Martinez, 22, of 804 Duval St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.
Deven W. Vining, 20, of 806 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 6:27 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. He was held on $100,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Martina Span, 30, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, Wednesday at 12:34 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was held on $1,000 bond.
Nathan Thomas, 36, of Eleventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of simple battery. No bond was set.
Audwin Williams, 34, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. on a probation violation warrant. No bond was set.
Eric Hunt, 37, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:35 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear for a revocation hearing on a criminal neglect of family charge, and failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family, two counts. He was held on $84,625 bond.
