Police Reports 10-7-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brittany Walton, 23, of 169 Mallard St., Morgan City, and Alicia Bertrand, 28, of 611 Ninth St., Franklin, were arrested Friday at 11:59 a.m. on charges of theft of goods. Both were released on summonses.
Tommy Mcnally, 43, of 1309 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 4:44 p.m. on charges of theft, simple assault, criminal trespassing and violation of the dog ordinance. Bond was set at $2,500 bond.
Kenneth Green, 41, of 102 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 4:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $8,740 bond.
A juvenile male, 14, of Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 9:11 p.m. on charges of being a runaway, criminal mischief, simple burglary and attempted theft of a vehicle. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
David Franklin, 52, of 341 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, was arrested Saturday at 5:17 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Darin Hannigan, 35, of 1300 Burke Place, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 12:43 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft over $500. No bond was set.
David W. Johnson Jr., 26, of 111 Shady Grove, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 3:29 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation and expired driver’s license. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Trevis Ruffin, 21, of Fourth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 9:18 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting an officer by flight. He was held on $975 bond.
Fred Stearn, 50, of Perret Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:18 p.m. on charges of second offense possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Demarcus Brown, 31, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Stephanie Coleman Jackson, 52, of St. Martinville, was arrested Thursday at 8:46 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI, child endangerment, simple battery, open alcohol container, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, aggravated assault, illegal carrying of a weapon and four counts of criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Henry Randle, 31, of Theresa Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:48 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language. He was held on $250 bond.
Matthew Johnson Jr., 35, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:42 a.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of non-support. He was held awaiting transfer.
Leonce Perro, 22, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of inciting a riot, interference with police duties and resisting an officer. He was released on $332 bond.
Karen Jones, 45, of Cherry Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft over $300. She was released on $1,000 bond.
John Loustalot, 39, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:22 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods. He was held for transfer.
Nicole Ross, 23, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:42 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.
September Richard, 23, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:49 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Karen Jones, 45, of Berwick, Saturday at 9 p.m. on a Franklin warrant charging her with theft. She was turned over to Franklin police.
Carlin Stelly, 35, of Broussard, was arrested Saturday at 11:15 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. He was released on a summons.
