Police Reports 10-9-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Randolph Vilo, 53, of 902 Washington St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. on a charge of failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and improper display of a temporary license plate. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Halie Rodriguez, 20, and Rhett D. Granier III, 20, both of 138 Natalie Lane, Patterson, were arrested Tuesday at 5:14 p.m. on Morgan City warrants charging them with simple battery. They were held to await transfer.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Andrew Hebert, 22, of 215 Leona St., Morgan City, Tuesday at 4:42 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Javell Jack, 20, of 1913 Main St., Jeanerette, today at 3:14 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.
